SHIPPING ZONE 3 – 6 (OUTSIDE THE EU)
Shipping within 3 – 10 days.
For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties (fees, import taxes, VAT) may be charged, which are set by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package has reached your country. PURPILL does not withhold any duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how much you may have to pay: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid so that your package can be cleared through customs. The customer bears the costs themselves. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.
What do I do if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you have received a faulty item, we are sorry. Please send an email with a photo and description of the damage to the goods to support@purpill.eu. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
